Writing this track I tried to put myself in the shoes of someone experiencing warfare in the dark ages. As a teenager I was fascinated by medieval battle, tactics and strategy. I played Age Of Empires 1 and 2 to death and read The Tales Of Redwall and other such medieval fiction.

The beat is a Gramatik track in which he has sampled Knights Of Cydonia by MUSE. There's a massive break between my two verses but I love the Gramatik remix so much I decided not to edit it down.
