Beau Damion is a producer and creative technologist who builds music the way most people build memories: layered, emotive, and always in motion. Classically trained but shaped by the electronic underground, Beau started releasing music in the mid-2000s and developed a reputation for blending genres and rethinking how electronic performance could work.

For years he toured, performing with custom software, real-time visuals, and controllers he programmed, creating shows that sat somewhere between DJ set and live improvisation. His label Xpel Muzik became a home for boundary-pushing artists across house and progressive styles, and his own work has appeared on labels from the US, UK, and beyond.

Today Beau creates primarily under his Japan-based @projectdai (ダイ), a space built for experimentation with genre, software, and new audio workflows. The project acts as a emotional outlet and creative playground, shifting between Vocaloid, Synthesizer V, and Beau’s own production techniques.

Beau’s work continues to evolve, but the through-line remains the same: curiosity, emotion, and a drive to create something honest.
