The GMC (Global Mashup Crew) was born in december 2010. After participating on the "Welcome Back Weezy" tribute album (by Sunset In The Rearview) a bunch of DJs decided to continue to work together. Since they all were located on different places in the world the project was named "Global Mashup Crew".

Wil Amick (Big Wil) is a independent artist out of Spartanburg South Carolina. Big Wil has made his appearance well known in Spartanburg as "The streets hottest fat man" . Big Wil graduated Dorman high school where he then started focusing on music full time. Some may know his #1 song "West$ide Truth"  that is really buzzing for him. He has worked with alot of artists in 2019, but outstandingly went harder for his solo projects in 2020. Big Wil's goals for 2020 include : 2 Singles and 2 albums and to reach all music platforms.
