Ray and Joel have a real flair behind the decks, something i have been really captured with their last couple of gigs. They have drawn a dance floor from nothing to being full and consistently kept the dance floor rocking for the entirety of their sets. 
We're very excited to have Moodmachine join our exclusive mixes and even more exciting for their show at our launch.

MoodMachine is Joel Kino, 28 and Ray Zed, 26, from Melbourne, Australia. Both Joel and Ray have been active in the Melbourne electronic music scene for several years, both as DJ's and producers. In 2009 they combined forces to form MoodMachine, a project aimed at fusing elements from genres such as; Deep House, Tech House, Techno, Nu Disco and anything that is funky and groovey. They have played alongside artists including; D-Nox & Beckers, Gabe, Marcello V.O.R, Koze, Henry Saiz, Boris Brejcha, Heinrichs and Hirtenfellner, Antix/Fiord, Kasey Taylor, SQL, Secret Cinema, Nico Stojan, Acid Pauli & NU, Peter Horrevorts, Anna Leevia, Egbert, Kasey Taylor, King Unique, Juan Atkins, Gabriel Ananda, DJ Pena, Weekend Hereos, and at festivals such as Eclipse 2012, Rainbow Serpent, Strawberry Fields, Maitreya and Earthcore in Australia.

Both Joel and Ray have also DJ'ed across the globe in countries including; Israel, India, Thailand and Spain. MoodMachine had their debut digital release on the Australian Smash Bang Records in April 2011 and have several tracks scheduled for release on labels including: Chameleon Recordings, Open Records, Smash Bang and Bamboo Music. They are known for their unique sounding live sets which cross genres, tempos and emotions. The MoodMachine sound is dynamic and constantly evolving, yet is able to stay underground and deep. MoodMachine are constantly striving to provide the best possible dancefloor experience for their audience whether it be at an intimate bar, nightclub or outdoor festival!
