griff is one of Australia’s leading purveyors of highly varied and unique bass music.  Since 2009, griff has created many LPs, EPs and remixes, released on renowned labels such as Omelette, Addictech, Enig'Matik Records, Slurp Music and Buxton Records.  

As an assistant engineer at Sing Sing Studios in Melbourne, Australia he worked on albums by The Cat Empire, The Jon Butler Trio, Blue King Brown, The Dirty Three and many more. 

Playing his original compositions and DJing all manner of styles and genres he has toured the world moving crowds at festivals such as Shambhala Music Festival in Canada, Boom in Portugal, Symbiosis and Burning Man in the US and Rainbow Serpent Festival in his home country of Australia. 

He enjoys laughing and is uncomfortable talking in the 3rd person.

With a focus on the funk and breaks, he is no stranger to elevating a dance floor with the likes of jungle, fist pumping electro, sexy jacking house, soulful bass music, the glitchiest of glitch hop and anything else that may cause a booty popping effect or head banging tendencies. The Funkee Wadd has had the privilege of sharing the stage with many acts such as The Funk Hunters, Stickybuds, Mat The Alien, JFB, Souls Of Mischief, Slynk, A Skillz, SkiiTour, Father Funk, WBBL, Featurecast, and many, many other talented individuals. For the past couple years, The Funkee Wadd headed to England to play the Ghetto Funk Shindig Weekender, as well as perform at many festivals around Alberta and BC, such as Centre Of Gravity, Electric Love Music Festival, Tall Tree Music Festival, Astral Harvest, Shambhala, Atmosphere, Cumberland Wild and many more. The Funkee Wadd and his golden(Steel) Harmonica are known for causing a dance floor to get all types of wiggly, and will always make sure you leave the floor weak in the knees and fiending for more. Delhi 2 Dublin is a band from Vancouver BC. They invented the genre 'celtic punjabi electronica' which sounds pretty dumb on paper, but is actually super badass. They play really LOUD party music, so don't invite them over for 'that ethnic feel' at your next cocktail part cause 'that ethnic feel' will slap your guests straight upside the bhangra muscle. Many people like them, from little kids to grannies. Seriously, their shows are like scenes from an alternate dimension where people are nice to each other and everything's ok.
