STOP THE CLOCK is an immersive concert, a nature walk in the Mexican Caribbean. By way of storytelling, music, and video projection we share space to feel nature's energy, and connect with the ways in which it speaks into our lives. 
All pieces in this concert were born as musical snapshots: improvisations capturing the sound-feeling of the natural elements which had inspired me. You’ll hear a style reflective of the musical worlds which have formed me, from classical & choral to folk, jazz & electronic music.

The 12 Valkyries are figures from the Nordic mythology - they collect the slain heroes from the battlefield and bring them to "Valhalla", the "holy hall".
Pianist Carlos Márquez (https://soundcloud.com/cmdigital) was so kind to play some of them - enjoy his breathtaking interpretations!!
Eventually we will also release a Valkyrie album in the future.

A moment of energy. Submerged in forest, I traced nature's lines and they brought me to a point of energy. Earth, creek, trunk, branches, twigs, leaves; sun glistening through the canopy I breathed in its energy alongside the trees around me.

John Field: Nocturne No. 12

John Field (1782-1837) là nhà soạn nhạc, nghệ sĩ piano người Ireland. Ông sinh ra tại Ireland, nhưng đến với nước Nga khi còn trẻ, chỉ có 20 tuổi. Ông chính là người khai sinh ra thể loại norturne, một thể loại phổ biến dành cho piano vào thế kỷ XIX. Ông đã vạch ra những nét cơ bản của loại tiểu phẩm âm nhạc trữ tình lãng mạn này.
