Stephan Bodzin: a classically trained musician, vastly experienced producer and master of melody. He has built a reputation through countless releases under many aliases, and through his dramatic and dynamic live set capturing the hearts of fans worldwide. For Afterlife, Bodzin bottles the infectious energy of these shows into two epic, colourful landscapes of sound, “Strand” and “Catamaran”.

Following his first contribution to the label in September - a mesmerising remix of Tale Of Us & Vaal’s ‘Monument’ - “Strand” elevates this fitting relationship to the next level. The release contains a true anthem from Bodzin’s and Tale Of Us’ sets in ‘Strand’ and a more restrained effort in ‘Catamaran’. Both dream-like compositions are unmistakably Bodzin, taking the listener on a journey and brimming with the synth wizardry he is best known for.

International Deejay Gigolo Records are releasing the second set of remixes of DJ Hell produced techno cut “Guede”, taken from his 5th studio album “Zukunftsmusik”. This release features remixes by ARTBAT and Black Peters. “Guedes’” soundscape is acidic, yet minimal, with its distorted vocals and raucous instrumentation lending the track an eerie and at times ethereal vibe. Each artist breathes new life into the original cut, steering it in their own direction, whilst never completely abandoning the track’s core identity. ARTBAT’s remix is a decidedly more pumped up and energetic, dance floor ready reimagination of the track and Black Peters keeps the acid and delves into a thick and gripping atmosphere.

Clash Lion Records, run by Terr, Shall Ocin and Daniel Watts, is ready to release Fiberroot's EP 'Tierra'. The three tracker comes with two originals, 'Con Licencia Sibonei' and 'Roccodrillo', and Shall Ocin's majestic remix of the latter. The Argentinian DJ and producer, who has released on labels such as Bpitch Control, Ellum or Last Night On Earth, delivers a stomping techno take, which is built around twirling synth sounds with the potential of creating mental dance floor experiences. As Shall Ocin's take on 'Roccodrillo' proceeds the artist shifts his focus on sounds and exchanges the twirling synth with more calm synth chords giving the listener and dancer the opportunity to digest the aforementioned mental musical rollercoaster ride. 

Fiberroots's EP 'Tierra' will be released September 7th, 2018 on Clash Lion.
