Lopezhouse return to Bedrock after their debut album ‘Apollo’ came last year as part of the groundbreaking Quattro Artists release. Over the last ten years the pair of David López and Carlos Cruz have really excelled with their emotive and stylish sounds and now their Iraila EP is their fourth single release on Bedrock.

Iraila opens up with deep rolling grooves and scintillating chords. They are layered up over the drums and bring a sense of spiritual awakening that will make a truly impressive impact in the club when the whole thing finally peaks. Motorstellar sinks into an equally deep vibe with more smooth drums and icy percussion. Another smart breakdown gets the hairs standing on end before the tune carries you away once more.

For the past few years, Joseph Ashworth has crafted a unique sound in house and techno, blending gritty honesty with an experimental, melodic edge. His acclaimed releases on labels like Life & Death and Get Weird have earned him a dedicated fanbase and support from industry giants like Lee Burridge and DJ Tennis. Known for his versatile and exciting DJ sets, Joseph has played at CRSSD Festival, Printworks, and toured the Far East and North America.

Joseph Ashworth’s “Boa / Searching” EP delivers a diverse range of electronic tracks perfect for various moods and settings. The first track, “Boa,” is pumping and full of percussive beats, making it ideal for igniting the party atmosphere. The second track, “Searching,” is a bit more chill with groovy piano elements, providing a laid-back yet engaging vibe. “Python,” the third track, starts off with an absent, minimalistic sound that gradually gets bassy, creating a unique and evolving listening experience. Sex Of Insects share I Can Hear The Light EP to be released on the 21st of July with a single of the same name to be released on the 30th of June on Ylotana Music. Sex Of Insects career highlights include playing at the Gazgolder Club (Moscow), working with Sid Le Rock, Luke vB and Hiroshi Watanabe. 

Sex Of Insects was formed in May 2016 by guitarist, Anatoly Ylotana (Ylotana Project) and includes Alexandra Bartashevich (Vocals) and Roman Korablove (Rhythm). After meeting Alexandra Bartashevich, Anatoly knew that the project had found itself a new image thanks to her talented and original performance. Anatoly met with Roman Korablove shortly after the disappearance of their original Rhythm producer and has since been helping guide the band into a completely new sound. At its core lies a complete improvisation of guitar sounds and vocals mixed with some vibrant electronic grooves. Guaranteed uniqueness with an almost complete absence of synthesisers. Anatoly lists their influences as Frank Zappa, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and more recently Underworld, Daft Punk and Danny Tenaglia.

Berlin-based producer, Yapacc's take on the original see's him transferring the song into a dancefloor-ready track whilst subtly maintaining the ambience of the original. Off-beat house-esque sub-rhythms and a melodic bassline helps to keep the energy of the track moving forward, whilst the top end guitars and vocals keep the listener interest up until the very last second. Russian-based Dave Pad's remix also helps the original move onto the dancefloor with this incredibly funky, groovy-laiden back beat which simultaneously manages to hold onto the original tracks esthetical ambience. Euphoric house stabs and a continuous layered texture sits behind the tracks groove, adding a sense of nostalgia and depth to an already emotive original.

The annual dance music gathering that is the Winter Music Conference Miami is just around the corner, and Get Physical are ready to take it by storm with a special selection of tracks that welcome in the warmer months. The fantastic Miami 2018 is mixed by Dubspeeka, and features two exclusive tracks as well as plenty of gold from key label associates.

Bristolian Dubspeeka’s shadowy techno sounds roam through the underground here with his DJ skills making this a compelling mix from start to finish, punctuated with his own essential tracks.

The mix wastes no time in getting down to business, with a driving house remix from Steve Rachmad setting a seductive tone. South African label star Floyd Lavine’s remix of Thor Rixon then sends shivers down the spine with its spacious grooves, and Dubspeeka appears with his first contribution, a gritty and stripped back version of Andre Salata’s ‘Symbols.’

Three more standout Dubspeeka cuts define the mid-section and keep things heads down and moody, with dubby chords, molten melodies and zoned out pads sinking you into a state of hypnosis. One of them is the exclusive ‘Keys427’, an evocative and cinematic track with supple drums rolling beneath plaintive chords.

House master Ian Pooley keeps up the seductive vibe with his dreamy house remix, Massimiliano Pagliara reworks an Alessio Pagliaroli cut into a deep, ethereal vocal cut and then Dubspeeka rounds things out with the second exclusive, the gorgeously smooth and atmospheric ‘Land And Sea.’

This is another essential compilation from Get Physical that sets the agenda for Miami 2018.

With his music wedded to the acclaimed microCastle, Quivver's Boz Boz and his own Circular Sounds Recordings, Jamieson's Mono Electric Orchestra pseudonym has seen him feature on John Digweed's Bedrock and Nick Warren's Hope Recordings with stunning results. Remixing Kastis Torrau & Donatello's "Ida", under his own name, Jamieson now returns as Mono Electric Orchestra to rework "Organik". Creating a sonic landscape of unparalleled quality, heavily effected reverse reverb hints at Khan's motifs as orchestral passages sing across the mid-range. Hitting its stride, a huge glissando bassline punches through the low-end in stripped-back glory against a ticking percussive cadence, before the melodic structures build once more with a plucked riff and rousing string passages that are straight out of the Sasha production playbook. The result is a remix that is at the very pinnacle of underground dance and a timeless classic.
