You say you drink coffee to enjoy it
But when you take so long to do it
Is it even enjoyment anymore or is it just routine?
I think that it’s crazy that you carry around that cold cup of coffee for hours
Hoping that one day it might just taste as good as when you got it
But guess what it never will
So maybe take a train to a new coffee shop
Release some music dirt bag
And try and make a lifestyle change
Because if not you’ll be stuck in the cycle

Teachers on the megaphones sending all the kiddos home
I used to take the bus just like them
Talking on the telephone with my dad about student loans
Trips we used to take to Maryland

The door is just a step away right outside I used to play
It all could be a figment in my mind
The stairs are right beyond the door
But I can’t seem to get off this floor
What’s the use I might just stay inside

Ravioli ravioli I grew up on formuoli
I’ve been feeling square in my pants again
Adventure Time go grab your friends
And we’ll all take our medicine
If we were balls we’d all be high as them
