When SLANDER gave me their outlet to express my vision for “Unity EP” through Heaven Sent, it marked a big shift in my career. I was so honored and grateful. After the EP dropped, SLANDER took me under their wings for a few show opportunities, which helped plant a seed for my career. It put me on the radar, and allowed other dreams to come true, like the 2 month bus tour I recently embarked on with Dabin & Rome in Silver. Their humbleness and consistent support for the underground inspired me to embark on a new mission - I wanted to help some my favorite underground musicians plant their seed like I was able to. I brought up the idea of a Unity remix package, and SLANDER greenlit it! I knew it would the perfect opportunity to bring light on some of my favorite underground talent. Some of the artists on the pack are more established, like Mazare and Similar Outskirts, and others are smaller artists who have never had a major platform like this, such as Cloudsight and eccentric. I wanted to make sure no 2 remixes were the same, so I tried to pick a collection of artists that make drastically different genres, including Cloudsight and Driftcat’s which venture out of the Electronic realm entirely! I’m so proud of everyone involved and I’m excited for the world to hear what my team and I have curated!
