The techniques I’m offering are bonding practices to help ground our beings into stable attachments with Earth, sensing practices to come into the naturally erotic curiosity in our skin, pushing and weight balance practices to help us find playful connection with points of contact, and finally, sensory awareness practices that help open loving and receptive informational pathways.
