Our latest LIVE recording is of @kasiagosc bar room opening set from the Oct 9 event which also featured DVS1, Dtekk, MKO and a b2b by Holoe and DJ Noseblunt.

Kasia Gościńska is the resident artist of the Berlin SønDER events and founder of the szlag initiative, the main concept of which is building a bridge between the underground scenes of different cities and countries. 

She cultivated her passion for electronic music in the hometown of Warsaw. After moving to Spain, she converted from a raver to a DJ the moment she started missing the harder face of music in the area she lived. Berlin, the current home-base, motivated her to discover different genres and styles, to go outside of the comfort zone. 

Drawn to heavier electronic music, in her club sets, Kasia Gościńska revolves around the sounds of broken & industrial techno, electro, EBM, weaving in some faster UK-influenced breaks, post punk and wavy flavors. Industrial downtempo, experimental and ambient music all have a special place in her selection as well.

Dim Light is a record label owner and DJ based in Berlin.

Being a music nerd since his early youth, he got into listening to electronic music around 20 years ago. After several years of practicing all by himself he started releasing online mixes around 2011.

In 2015 he launched Nemorous Records together with Anja Zaube and after that played a few selected gigs at events like Apathy at Grießmühle, Tokonoma in Kassel oder Smallroom in Bielefeld, sharing the decks with artists like Talker and Oake.

In 2017 he finally started his own brainchild Voidance Records, so far releasing 5 EPs and 2 tapes and hosting 2 showcases in 2019. Voidance Records deals with the darkest strains of the electronic music genre, hosting new as well as established artists like Meer, Chafik Chennouf&Katsunori Sawa and Llimbs, to name but a few.

Dim Light‘s musical influences range from all different genres like Ambient, Black Metal, Electroacoustic music or Techno, which also reflects in his sets.

Laura MRLS [SYNAĒ/MNMT]

Laura MRLS is known to experiment with a variety of different genres, portraying sounds that reach from atmospheric, melancholic to industrialesque and harsh elements. The Helsinki-based artist has been focusing on dark sound valleys that besides Techno nowadays also reach into cinematic ambient, distorted electronic and contemporary classical music.

The inspiration for Laura MRLS’s sound comes mostly from nightmares they heard of or dreamt about themselves. The music selections and productions create a soundtrack to this dream world where the listener is taken from moments of darkness and fear, to relieving situations and break-through points. A signature of the artist is the implementation of short silent elements in their mixes while they also signalize sudden turning points in the nightmarish stories. 

The resident artist of the well known Techno platform Monument is also co-founder of the experimental event and podcast series SYNAĒ and hosts a monthly radio show, called cloud9, on IDA Radio.

The Trauma EP is at once an obviously loyal tribute to the imprint platforming him, while being a visceral soundtrack to the gradual setting in of early morning lights.

Wasting no time in exercising his sonic assault, opening cut “Hypnotism” will affect you much like its name suggests on this punishing, splintered- beat body basher, before pummelling you into submission on the strobed-out warehouse techno epic “Plastic Rain”. He then ventures into the more abrasive shades of texture and gradient on the experimentally minded “Ava” until getting off- the-grid once more with a descent even deeper into the void, on the knackered closer “Dead Waves”."

Manuel kam 1994 in Hockenheim zur Welt und fand 2013 zur Technoszene. Er gehört u.a. zu namenhaften Labels, wie ERROR, Techno Allianz, Alice im Technoland und Nuclear Records und hat somit als DJ und Producer eine verdammt starke Support-Gruppe hinter sich.

Ob Köln, Frankfurt, Mannheim, Stuttgart oder Koblenz - SIRO ist deutschlandweit bereits in einigen Städten aufgetreten und hat als Artist mehr als nur das nötige „know-how“. Als gut gebuchter DJ und einer Vielzahl von Producing-Collabs, kann man definitiv behaupten, das Manuel als großer Teil der Szene nicht mehr weg zu denken ist. Er hat sich seinen Weg erkämpft und darf zurecht einen guten Ruf genießen.

Am 15.07.19 wurde sein Edit Track „I See Fire“, von Ed Sheeran & Jasmine Thompson,
vom @Fazemag auf Platz 2 der Must-Plays gekürt.

Michal Laudarg  - Berlin based music producer -  for the last ten years connected with Polish and German electronic music scenes.
He has started as techno DJ in techno crew 'Black Point' in Poznan (PL).
Then for a few years, he has worked mostly as a producer for many different music projects and toured around the world as a musician.
Also from 2015, he composes music for contemporary theatre shows, playing music live at dance performances.

Since coming to Berlin he developed his live techno project - Gradual into something expressive and polished while maintaining the gritty influence of the city.  
In his live act, he combines hypnotic bass and drone sounds into clever processed, spacey techno. Being part of the Berlin techno scene he played in Suicide Circus, OHM, Jonny Knueppel, Sameheads i.a.
