PAKA, who is connected with music from her early days, when she finally had found the world of electronic music she became most comfortable with all kinds and varieties of heavy music. Diversity is her second most distinct trait when it comes to her musical selection. In her short career, she has already played in clubs all over Poland - Transformator, Szpitalna 1, Projekt LAB, Schron, Tama, Ciało, or the recently defunct INQbator - to mention just a few. She also has a festival debut at the Visions Festival in Wrocław. From 2019 she is a member of the Technokracja collective from Poznań.

Edge Detection Podcast 30 - Echion

Codec Recordings Unleashes Codec Volume 2, their second Various Artists compilation.
The second Various Artists compilation on Codec Recordings features a range of hypnotic and raw techno from 8 different artists from all over the world.
Kicking off the compilation is Omnia by Russian producer Annabiosis, who starts strong with an acidic track composed of icy pads and deep percussion.
Gestur brings a high energy, raw track with moody chords and huge rumbles resembling that of a banger from the 90s.
Next in line is Camouflage by Linear Phase, a Barcelona based artist who’s seen releases on labels such as Suara Music and Smashead records. He delivers a driving and raw tune with a no nonsense attitude.
The peak-time force continues on DAC Disaster by Random Sequence, a producer from Poland whose previous works have been featured on labels such as Korpus 9 and Devotion Records.
Road Agents presents a hypnotic and percussion oriented song accompanied by droning pads and off kilter rhythms.
Systematic Research, also known by his other alias “ASKE” gives us the track Planetary Scan, filled with rumbling basses, sci-fi bleeps, and ethereal pads.
Recurring artist Von Rausch finishes strong with the track Tensor, featuring large ambience, a biting polyrhythmic groove, and powerful bass to tie it all together.

ANFS is an electronic music producer and DJ based in Athens. Involved in various projects since an early age, he discovered an interest in electronic music, weird electronics and obscure sounds while studying sound design. In 2012, alongside fellow friends @kondaktor and 3.14 (@alxp), he co-founded the record label @modal-analysis, and later on 2015 he launched his own personal imprint, @vanilarecords and recently released @agiavarvaraoriginals, a label focused more on noise and experimental sounds. All platforms work as a self-referential point as well as an archive that documents the current electronic scene of Greece.

Emmy Betiol has a musical carrer that was built over 20 years of experience, permeating different concepts, which allowed her to create an original musical identity.

Her performances are marked by a strong presence, through Techno Dark and Hypnotic, leading to an atmospheric and sophisticated journey, oscillating between percussive and industrial tones. In her performance Emmy presents the purest mixing technique, leading to a remarkable Expressionism.

Resident DJ of the Terraza club since 2014, a club that is a reference in the electronic scene in Brazil, located in Florianópolis / SC. Collect memorable performances alongside DJs / producers from different cultures in Brazil and the world.

She is co-founder of the PHOBIA PROJECT group, a label that contributes to the cultural movement in the southern region of Brazil, with a focus on Dark / Hard and Industrial Techno with the proposal of promoting the music, the concept and freedom of audio / visual expression.
Throughout her career she has always been in complete sync with the underground scene in a determined and persistent way, contributing and disseminating ideas for the development and artistic, cultural and musical evolution of his region.

Since 2009 she lives in Blumenau / SC / Brazil, where she divides her time between djing, design, video editing, event production, in addition to his consolidated career as a fashion designer.

In 2020, she signed a partnership with the Spanish collective @SoundJockeyES with the objective of promoting her music and contributing to other cultures of different nationalities.

Rebeca Harath (aka Sarkha), a Berlin-based producer and DJ, is known for crafting music with raw and hypnotic grooves, complemented by haunting atmospheres and powerful percussions. With a background in the audio post-production industry, she exhibits a solid foundation in dramaturgy, which is reflected in her productions and sets.

Sarkha has established herself as a versatile artist, equally adept at creating dancefloor-oriented tracks and experimental works that reflect her deep interest in sonic exploration. Her soundtrack Last Days of Gaia, released on Pollen.Sounds, marked a turning point and opened up a new creative direction.

Active in the underground electronic music scene for well over a decade, Sarkha has performed at venues such as Suicide Club, Renate, Mensch Meier, Birgit, and Oxi. She has also taken part in events organised by international networks such as female:pressure and Amsterdam Techno Records. In 2023, she completed a brief tour in Japan, marking her intercontinental debut. As a producer, her work has been released on respected labels including Detroit Underground, Blockchain Records, Not Dolls, Kodikarm, Pollen.Sounds, Glanz + Elend, The Techno's Children and Klem.

Finally, Sarkha has joined the collectives Dixrupt & Tanzgente as a resident.
