About time this account got a track for what it's named after, yeah? Behind the World Border is back (and may be better than ever!)

This is sort of meant to reference the Achroma track "Among the Stars" (that au probably won't continue beyond a few tracks like maybe the clownpierce Spear of Justice, or the Detective's You Idiot/YBN or something), seeing the payoff for it...
In any case, this is Scott (Smajor)'s It's Raining Somewhere Else, which frankly is long overdue. The BDubs "hangout" (which is actually with team BEST) is actually merged with the actual UT's Alphys date.

Hopefully I'll be able to make more, but I've been suffering from a LOT of music block :(

[Behind the World Border] Elsewhere, Stars are Shining

This plays in the first part of Meroxia's AFOW Season 2 finale, and is probably the most well-known track from this series besides Harmony (see below).

While Darth Platypus, then Blackwood Mapping, was working on Marble Siege 4, he made a possible sequel to Chromamania, known as Death by Chroma, as well as a few other tracks (most notably Harmony, Navy and Olive's overworld theme in An Artist's Megamix) for use in Meroxia's Alternate Future of the World in late 2017. Contemporary opinions on said AFOW were quite mixed, as part of a number of series trying to imitate the then fairly well-received AFOW: Reimagined.
In my honest opinion the best of these imitator series was one called Imperia, which had multiple endings and also used a variation of Chromamania (though composed by someone else) in its "worst" ending. Not spoiling what it is, duh, go search it up.

Back in the early days of the AAM fandom, many people associated this theme with Oliver. Don't really know why, but there you go. Also, I swear that one Hearts of Iron 4 mod references this mapping series.

Felt like releasing something new for the An Artist Megamix/Chromamania Megalocycle. All of the 'Earthbound' related things are mapping series, 'Homestuck' is Algodoo/Marble Siege-related and Undertale should be obvious. My music block is finally coming to an end! :D

Navy & Olive take Queen's role as the main antagonists of Algorune 2, whereas Sylvain (or Silver) takes Berdly's role. They're mostly cordial with the Fun Gang (it's still called that), but start to grow increasingly hostile and desperate as the Fun Gang approach the Colormix Citadel (Queen's Mansion), and by expansion, their Spectrum...
The last thing they want is to be left as lonely, inanimate objects. So they'll do ANYTHING to stop that fate...even if it means going to the extreme.

The battle with the Co-Rulers involves significant use of practically all of Algodoo's tools to move, manifest and destroy attacks; you'll see a lot of new objects get spawned, as well as lasers and thrusters...y'know, regular Algodoo tools. Even a few cutters to try and cut your Marble in half (though they'll never succeed). And is also quite long on a violent route, due to how high Navy and Olive's collective HP is for this point in the game (though is only somewhat longer than Queen's battle in a pacifist route).

I didn't even bother to replace toby's style for this im not experienced enough for that. I don't even know if this fits Carol that much (although that's kind of rectified by the rather tragic circumstances this fight would probably take place in; Kris stuck between a rock and a hard place and Carol becoming increasingly desperate), but i'd say it's better for the Ice Queen than the other battle themes for her i've seen (seriously? heavy metal-style electric guitar? for CAROL? i get using that for a younger version of her but like...come on...
also i'm definitely not a hypocrite guys you've GOTTA believe me!!!!!!!!!!)

This is a standalone track for an alternate "Chapter 5 take" or AU with a Dark World set in the Holiday Mansion (the chapter's name is just Glacier, for obvious reasons). Dess' guitar is the secret boss, and Carol here (known as the Queen; Jevil's talk about a "queen" actually has a double meaning here and refers to both Ch 2 Queen and Carol) is the main antagonist.

I'm not really going to go into the specifics of what exactly the motives for this are in the greater scope of things, but this is a battle with Noelle, Susie and Ralsei against Carol and Kris, hence the Faint Courage and Sevenfour motifs. Well, the former is more a reference to UT Asgore and the Determination motif, as the Carol fight here is the last major boss (paralleling Asgore and his fight in the neutral route) before Deltarune's "RPG" facade completely collapses and the game takes a hard turn towards metanarrative. And yeah, this fight takes place in an Ice Palace, which would probably be a more traditionally rendered version of the one seen in the MANTLE game. 

The second main motif is essentially meant to be one for Rudy (essentially, a Heartache-esque track for him. Not really my place to say if he'd be in this alternate Ch. 5 or not, though...because I don't know), since this song's structurally quite similar to ASGORE. And is the weakest part of the track by far if I'm being honest, but like making a good original motif for it was hard okay (it's also why I hesitated on releasing the song til last minute :p)

GLACIER - DR CH 5

Cold Feet

Can't believe i'd actually make more than one track for this "take". This time, a rendition of what the Ice Palace from the sword route would look like as an actual area.

This is the track that plays in the first part of the Ice Palace, the desolate final area of Chapter ❄️. Its layout is somewhat similar to the one found in the SWORD Route minigame and accessing it is fairly similar in that you need to traverse a large frozen ocean (sort of representing the staircase to the third floor) to reach it.
As for the second part? It's something a lot more familiar...

Each floor of the Holiday Mansion is a different major area, mind you. Yes, that includes the basement. Kris ends up vanishing towards the end of the second area (on Carol's orders), but they use the whole "close their eyes and think about someone else" (and make the only choice "think about the Fun Gang") thing like in Chapter 4 as an act of disobedience; even though they can't be present, they will most certainly help their newfound friends to traverse the Ice Palace.
You'd also find the shelter codes here though they are guarded by a number of traps as well as a miniboss, as the equivalent to the Shelter Key in the Original Game; the door past the shelter codes (aka what would be the "SHE WAS USED UP" door) instead leads to the second part of the Ice Palace.

I'm not quite sure what would happen in this section in a weird route, perhaps Noelle infiltrates the Ice Palace from a different path than the others and the Player forces their way with Kris (the only choice being 'Think about Noelle' or something this time) rather than Kris voluntarily shifting perspective like in the normal route.
Speaking of Noelle, she'd have her hood up in the Weird Route to parallel the ice mage in the Sword Route, but it remains down otherwise. The ice mage guiding HERO_SWORD is taken in a twisted fashion, as HERO_SWORD will actually be interpreted as meaning the SOUL here...yeah, I think you know where that's going from there.

Good old Kōrienokyōfu, the rather infamous final boss theme of "Tornado's Adventure Through The Overworld", a 2018 Scratch RPG made by Darth "King" Platypus. Though not as well-known as its later appearances in Bren SMP Season 1 and Aria of the Forest.

Retinazer from Terraria is the main antagonist of this game, for some bizarre reason. Well, to be honest, this whole thing is incredibly...weird, but you can definitely see the origins of what would later become Aria of the Forest and Angel's Messenger, though, which both have a similar mishmash of contrasting characters that somehow worked.

This is the Earthbound: Halloween Hack version of KŌRIENOKYŌFU, Alternate Megamix I's "MEGALOVANIA", and the debut of my second megalocycle. Retinazer from Terraria is Dr. Andonuts. Yeah. A LOT of this comes from Terraria. And Diep.io. That too.

In similar fashion to Gadobadorrer & the original Megalovania, this is a failed attempt at "recreating" Terraria's Boss 2, though it gave up after the first three notes. Kinda sounds like Vs. Susie, now that I think about it.

This is the song KŌRIENOKYŌFU, styled as "KŌRIENOKYŌFU ~ SIX O'CLOCK" as heard in the Bren SMP season 1 episode of the same name (just SIX O'CLOCK) by "King", better known post-Aria of the Forest as Darth Platypus. This song plays in one of the most memorable scenes in the entire series, but that's for you to find out.
Please stop debating whether this version of the song or Aria of the Forest's version is better, it's getting kind of annoying.

This is the Homestuck version of KŌRIENOKYŌFU, Alternate Megamix I's "MEGALOVANIA". The "Bren SMP" replaces the Dream SMP here, not Homestuck itself (which still exists though is actually probably quite different particularly in terms of musical score, since the Halloween Hack in this TL doesn't exist) but nonetheless the counterpart for "MeGaLoVania" is here.
The "dialogue" here might be unnecessarily edgy but it honestly kind of fits, given that this is old stuff I did in, like, 2021 reimagined and more fully realized.
