Sometimes it just takes time to create something great, but then it suddenly fits like a glove or something like that. In the case of Lion and Etienne, it took 9 years for their friendship to result in this borderline ingenious fumbled masterpiece We didn't know that and we didn't know what we were waiting for, but it was so worth it! 

The version of ‘Marmor, Stein und Eisen bricht’ is inspired by Electric Nipples and their ‘We will Rock You’ performance at this years Fusion. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for laying the foundation for this ludicrous number. The chorus in the original was too instrumentally overloaded and was screa... er sung  again on tape by Lion, 2nd and 4th bar swapped, done. 
Singing along and smiling is mandatory here.

Manchmal braucht es einfach Zeit bis Großes entsteht, aber dann passt es plötzlich wie Arsch auf Eimer oder so ähnlich. Bei Lion und Etienne hat es 9 Jahre gedauert, bis aus ihrer Freundschaft dieses grenzgenial verbummelte Meisterwerk entstanden ist. Wir wussten zwar nicht, dass und auf was wir warten, aber es hat sich sowas von gelohnt.

Die Version von „Marmor, Stein und Eisen bricht“ ist inspiriert von Electric Nipples und ihrer “We will Rock You“-Performance auf der Fusion. Wir danken euch aus tiefstem Herzen, dass ihr den Grundstein für diese aberwitzige Nummer gelegt habt. Der Refrain im Original war instrumentell zu überladen und wurde von Lion nochmal auf Band geschrie... äh gesungen, 2. und 4. Takt getauscht, fertig. Mitsingen und Schmunzeln ist hier Pflicht.
