I have worked with some great artists here and that has helped me so much as i learned to step out of the box!  In the end if i can say i shared what i love then i am satisfied!! THE OFFICIAL TRUTH:

The record label was founded in December 2011 in Germany. Guitarist Jochen Oberlack from Neuss and Cologne-based Producer Patrick Keuthen were looking for a suitable label for joint publications. Finally they set up their own, Bellerophon. In addition, they wanted to be home base for high-quality indie-rock, wave and psych, possibly connected with avant-garde elements. In the beginning, Bellerophon focuses initially on regional acts with a strong innovative approach. In Scarlet Utopia, Peru, like the Country, The Orpheus Replica and Der Petunienmann von Metaluna Vier Jochen and Patrick have a relatively narrow Artist-Roster. The aim is to get these bands to work intensively, and to allow the artists a logical and absolutely free development. The label itself is always committed to corporate design. Jochen Oberlack has selected those artists. The visual concept of Bellerophon, including all recent and upcoming releases of the aforementioned bands, is in full responsibility of Patrick Keuthen. The label relies on a network of junior A&R’s: Dr. Robert Coenen, Peter Schürmann and Peter Kirschbaum. Responsible for booking is Lotte (Oberlack); business relations: Karl-Heinz Exeter. Instead a contemplative „Label Sound“, Bellerophon is opting for a uniform visual concept, which aims to raise the attention of the buyer on the Bellerophon acts. The small but striking team provides short routes and quick polls on signing new bands as well as in important decisions. The goal is to ensure an all around support for the label artists. In addition to regular album releases is also a constant presence in the download sector. Exclusive tracks will be available from time to time to strengthen the attention on the major releases.

Yes, the "!" is part of our Bandname, but we will drop it soon.
We play symphonic progressive Rock, mostly instrumental and
we already released a couple of EPs and also 2 LPs. Our debut Album is called "The Spirit of Ümit!" and our second album is christened "The Testament of Ümit!" - all Records available via Bellerophon Records. This Album is the last in the "The.....of Ümit!" Series. It's a good one. Hope you like it. Ümit! is available in selected online stores in Germany, England, Scandinavia and the Netherlands. "Orpheus" Joe MacMaster

Ich bin Moderator, Produzent und Redakteur bei Studio Nierswelle und Produzent der Shows "On The Rocks" und "Schwermetall" für Triple-R (Rock Radio Rommerskirchen). Hier findet ihr einige meiner Interviews und Gespräche aus den letzten Jahren in loser Abfolge.

Werte/r Besucher/in,
Die zahlreichen Projekte, welche ich in den letzten Jahren, gar Jahrzehnten gestartet, verfolgt, auf Eis gelegt, neu gestartet und manchmal verworfen habe, machen es recht schwierig, meinen musikalischen Pfaden zu folgen.
"Das ist auch gut so." Ich gebe zu, diese Sentenz hat Klaus Wowereit geprägt, und somit darauf wohl auch die Vermarktungsrechte. 
Wie dem auch sei, hier steht der Ausspruch mir - in völlig anderem Zusammenhang - aber ebenso gut zu Gesicht, finde ich.
Ein kurzes Update zu meinen Projekten scheint mir angezeigt, wenngleich manche über eigene soundclouds verfügen, andere aber wiederum nicht. Kommen Sie mir bitte jetzt nicht mit Begrifflichkeiten wie Kohärenz!
SCARLET UTOPIA. Die restlichen Tracks werden in Kürze auf der LP "Fairy Tales From Another Universe" veröffentlicht. Der Track "Babylon" ist bereits vorab als 7inch Picture-Disc Vinyl erschienen.
JEAN D'AUBERLAQUE. The Durutti Columns ist vor einiger Zeit als CD (DeLuxe mit Schuber) harausgekommen. Die Platte verkaufte sich anfangs nicht so gut, bekam dann Rückenwind aus den Niederlanden, Belgien und England und ist zwischenzeitlich "sold-out" - ja, so geht das manchmal.
Die deutsche Musikpresse ignoriert meine Produkte grundsätzlich, damit meine ich natürlich nur den Mainstream, wo noch Anzeige gegen Rezension gehandelt wird. Die Fanzines sind nach wie vor gern gesehene, wenn nicht sogar unschätzbare Hilfe.
DAS BLAUE PALAIS. Mein Hauptprojekt. Nach "Welt am Draht" ist zwischenzeitlich die Maxi "Härte 10" auf "black wax" und "translucent black smoke wax" erschienen. In gebrauchten Disco-Sleeves übrigens. Ebenfalls noch in diesem Jahr oder spätestens in den ersten Wochen 2018 wird das Remix-Album "Alexander Zwo" erscheinen. Als Vinyl-Doppelalbum (black wax/yellow wax w/ 2 Postcards). An dem Album haben freundlicherweise einige großartige Kollegen mitgewirkt: Laaud, Mathias Black, Künstler Treu, Rainer Buchmüller, Fürsattl, Schneider TM, Cidulator, Nico Bernard und DJ Emerson. Das wird toll. Darauf wird noch eine Maxi Single folgen (Mannesmann), bevor dann zum jahreswechsel 18/19, vermutlich gerade noch rechtzeitig zur Electricity Conference 2018 der nachfolger "DUFTE" erscheinen wird. natürlich nur wenn alles nach Plan verläuft und wir alle gesund und munter bleiben. Ax Genrich, ehemals Guru Guru wird hier voraussichtlich auch mal wieder zu hören sein.
Ich hatte schon als "Petunienmann" mit ihm zusammengearbeitet.
DER PETUNIENMANN VON METALUNA VIER. Ist im übrigen nicht untätig, sondern in 2017 und 2018 hauptsächlich mit Fremdproduktionen beschäftigt. Ob es sich dabei um originäre Künstler von Metaluna 4 handelt, sei einmal dahingestellt.
PITCH AND BRIMSTONE. Die aktuelle EP "All Systems Go!" läuft kommerziell eher schlecht. Dabei hat Scarlet von Scarlet Utopia die Tracks mit ihren Vocals veredelt und die kritiken waren auch brauchbar. Nun je - der Markt ist unübersichtlich.
ÜMIT!. The Testament of Ümit! wird die "The....of Ümit!" Logik in den Titeln abschließen und noch in 2017 erscheinen. Auch als Vinyl LP. Die Tracks sind: Cows, Into the Mirror Black, Revelation, The Deer und Hog Dead. Das Vorgänger-Album "The Spirit of Ümit!" läuft immer noch fabelhaft, vor allem in Holland. Die Platte verkauft sich gut und bekommt viel Airplay. Der Track "Cobra Verde" wurde von Mathias Black noch einmal neu gemischt und wird in Kürze als Single veröffentlicht.
THE ORPHEUS REPLICA - The Other Side of Midnight
Die Produktion ist in vollem Gange. Die Tracks sind aufgenommen. Es fehlen noch einige wenige Spuren, danach kann die LP produziert verden. Vorgesehen ist Vinyl. Voraussichtlich wird vorab noch eine Vinyl-Single veröffentlicht. Das alles wird aber noch bis Mitte 2018 dauern.
HELICON WAVE. Aktuell ist "The Challenger Deep" in einigen Magazinen rezensiert worden. Das bislang vierte Album erinnert dabei mehr an Richard Pinhas als an Tangerine Dream. Insofern bleibt abzuwarten, wie das am Ende ankommt.
