GLBDOM is back with a second vinyl release as good as its first. This one pulls totters six super sweet racks from various artists who all share a subtly old-school vibe. The house they make comes with lovely retro-future feels and hints of 80s and early 90 magic. Jeff The Fool kicks off with timeless deep house and seductive French spoken words. The irresistible grooves come thick and fast from there with Scruscru & BR Selecta dropping in some kinetic 2step grooves, and dusty old and breakbeat sounds from FRR FONK come doused in synths soul. A trio of various jacking, smooth and soulful cuts see out the reverse.

After an absence of 6 months, Imported Recordings celebrates his return and comes back to his first love, presenting "Volupté Amère", an EP featuring their vision of house music: a multifaceted music tailored to ambience crowds in clubs, vacationers at the beach, and family at home.

After releasing a last EP "Vague Aléatoire" in 2018, this new opus sounds like a return to the roots.

The EP offers a first "guest" side with two tracks from the demos we receive during the year. The first one, signed Martin Alix, is an ode to the dancefloor that will bring together fans of powerful bass and strong beats. The second track, deeper, is signed by the Italian Steve Hammer, and shines by the efficiency of his extended break that quickly plunges the audience into a state of trance.

The second side is worn by artists from the big Imported family. On the B-side opening is a nugget that could already be described as a classic house signed Major League House, a melancholic track carried by a piano that takes you straight to your guts. Another talent of the house, Matthieu Faubourg gives us the pleasure to sign, just like MLH, a first track on the label. Evolutive and club oriented track, we recognize in "Swell" the characteristic paw of the French producer in this heady track which rhymes with rise in pressure and explosion.

Modern figureheads of acid house, DJ and production duo Posthuman launch into the summer with The Depth EP on There Is Love In You. Fresh off the back of EPs on I Love Acid, Tusk Wax, Craigie Knowes & Dixon Avenue Basement Jams, this groove-laden, acid-flecked outing delves deep into the sounds of classic house.  
 
Lead track ‘Chevrolet’ featuring London based singer Josh Caffé sets the vibe perfectly. Catchy vocals meet crunchy drum sequences and playful pad patterns, rolling steady with a stripped-back groove and touches of smooth chords. A proper deep summertime banger. ‘The Depth’ unleashes face-melting acid basslines crashing together with classic 808 drum hits. A scorching dancefloor weapon. ‘Jupiter Traxx’ takes the EP in a swerving into oddball territory, withd charged broken percussion colliding with eerie vocals and wild sax hits for a classic proto-electro number. ‘My House My Rules’ closes out the EP: a classic drum track that slowly builds until the introduction of heavily processed spoken word melodies and washed out chords. A steady-rolling depth-charged journey to the end.
