Way back when .... when it was cool to be in a rock band on tour, 
Asciento was the Band... AscientoUnderground was the club. Boston was the place.the years 1999-2004
Scraped from the bowels of good music and substance abuse came something that changed the face of the Boston and NorthEast Music Scene.
Described as "the closest thing to organized crime in the Music scene" Asciento managed to make three documents of the ever changing line ups and sounds. 
These were the "SOME COME HOME" ep ...the "SEPPUKU" ep and the " BETTER DAYS" eps. With a distribution deal...signing to an indie..and touring relentlessly for the better
part of 5 years... they all but disappeared. It was rumored there would be a full length...but it never happened. Members over the years went on or work with such great bands as
Nine Inch Nails , Dresden Dolls,(Brian Viglione) , Blizzard of 78,Delta Clutch,Scarce (Paul Meyers),Walter Sickert and the Army of Broken Toys, Reverend Glasseye (Kevin Corzett) NY conservatory (Lauren Riley) ...this is a small but true document of the music that was made during those years...
