Vancouver Diagram is an Acoustic, Pop, Indy, Feel good "band" comprised currently of one individual, Jade Shelby. Born and raised in Illinois, she always dreamed of making her own music that would touch lives and make the world a better more bearable place to exist in. Out of fear of failure she put off music for two years, picked it up again while sticking ONLY to covers, and then after an abrupt relationship ending she swore she'd never play music again. AND SHE'S BACK AT IT! 

To my current and life long fans, my future followers, and my not yet discovered fans:

I love music, my lyrics are strictly from exact or slightly tweaked experiences I have had in my 21 years (and counting) of life, and my whole purpose of writing songs that pertain to my own experience is because I'm sure someone out there has experienced something along those same lines. I'm not, nor will I ever, say that I am a STAR, PERFECT, or that I'm even "STAR QUALITY". What I will say is that I love music, and that it has gotten me through the hardest moments in my life. I constantly question why exactly I put it off for so long. I just want my music to touch someone in some way that I couldn't with every day words. I'm not perfect, my chords and vocals are NEVER perfect, but they get a point and emotion across in the best way I can possibly provide.

So to those listening...
