The meeting point had been a hot topic of discussion for several months. They had to choose a public location which would not be guarded under the close scrutiny of cameras or watchful eyes. The exchange would take place, money would be swapped for a suitcase and the whole horrible deed would be concluded. At least that was how it should play out upon paper. Nothing ever went to plan in such circumstances, not for people like them in a town like this. 

Jaunt Records are celebrating ten years in business with an assortment of new music coming from all corners. Stojche appears on a new EP for the label drawing for deep dubby pads and crafty drums.

In 2010 the electronic music scene in Brazil is experiencing one of the most interesting periods. Following the consolidation and popularization of the previous decade, innovative countercurrents and those helped revitalize the alternative scene with parties at old factories, activist DJ collectives and unpublished crosses between genders, particularly thermal fusions between brazilian and electronic sounds.

The Massa Records label was born in 2018 to channel some of that energy and creativity into quality music productions. Benales is a DJ and producer known for his unique blend of raw, dark, and deep techno and house, with nods to Detroit influences. Based in France, he has been making waves in the underground techno scene since the late 90s. With an extensive vinyl collection and a talent for selecting tracks that resonate with crowds, Benales has become a respected DJ in Europe, regularly playing at top clubs such as Tresor, Rex Club, Radion or Le Sucre, and sharing the stage with renowned artists such as DVS1, Zadig, Surgeon, Steve Bicknell, Dj Pete, and James Ruskin.

Aside from his skills behind the decks, Benales is also a gifted music producer. He has released several EPs and remixes on acclaimed labels such as Sino (Technasia label), KEY Vinyl (Freddy K label), Mitsubasa, Analog Solutions, Knotweed, Diffuse Reality, and more. In addition, he is a signed artist on Construct Re-Form label, with several releases on the horizon, including a VA on K S R, CRF, Matterwave, and S.lab.

Benales' talent for music production has earned him international recognition, especially for his releases "Elements part 1 & part 2". His unique style and skills as a DJ and producer have cemented his status as a respected figure in the underground techno community, known for his powerful and unforgettable sets.
