Ikorus (Alfie Bamford) is a rising name in the world of trance and tech trance. Having been a pioneering force with his hard dance sounds as Technikal for past decade, Alfie is now receiving support around the world from DJs such as Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Aly & Fila, Alex MORPH, and John Askew; who are all avidly supporting his Ikorus records. Appearing regularly on Mark Sherry’s Outburst Records label, his melodically complex and intricate production style stands unique amongst others.

Originally hailing from the UK, Ikorus relocated to Sydney, Australia in 2015. The sunnier climates gave him a new perspective with his music, and allowed him to rekindle his passion for trance music that he followed in his teenage years. Trance music has enjoyed a recent shift in focus to uplifting melodies crossed with heavier, more powerful production; and this shift goes hand in hand with Ikorus' euphoric, yet aggressive sound.

Ikorus also hosts his own music show, The Freefall Show, a bi weekly podcast featuring a mixture of upfront trance and tech trance alongside forgotten gems and classics.

With an exciting release schedule of forthcoming singles and multiple international DJ appearances forthcoming, Ikorus shows no signs of losing any momentum.

There are few that can say they were there when the acid house boom fully erupted in the early nineties, most artists have a very short career span and many ride the wave that they have caught until it reaches fruition, then pack up their headphones and return to their everyday life.  But there are a small handful of artists whom never seem to disappear, these few, are the true soldiers of sound, the ones that no matter how hard things get, and how tough the hills are to climb, they always manage to stay on their path whilst others fall by the wayside.

London born & Bred Carl Nicholson is without doubt one of these people, Carl started his journey way back in 1990 as an Hardcore MC, and after months of watching top end DJ’s at the time such as Micky Finn & Carl Cox, Carl decided to see what all the hype was about and give it a shot himself, and after 6 gruelling months of his very own brand of ‘Wild Horses’ mixing, Carl got a feel for it and the rest as they say is history.

In the summer of 1994, Carl came across a tape, a tape that was to change his life forever, this tape was the Tony de Vit mix on the massively popular ‘Retrospective of House’ compilation by Fantazia, and Carl simply could not believe his ears.  From that day forward Carl lived, ate, and slept all things TdV, he used to follow him around London whenever he was playing, find a good spot near the decks and just stand, watch and listen.

After about 6 months, Carl finally got the courage up to speak to Tony, and bear in mind to Carl, Tony was a musical God of monstrous proportions, so this was no easy task to say the least, but after a few minutes of chatting with him, Carl realised that this man was just like any other guy, he wasn’t a god, he was a normal friendly bloke who had just happened to be in the right place at the right time, and that gave Carl a confidence, something he had lacked in early years, and it dawned on him that with hard work, dedication and a burning passion for the music and the people it attracted, anything was possible.

Since 1995 Carl has been on the forefront of the UK Underground dance scene, he began his journey living in a doorway in the west end of London, learnt his craft from the undisputed king of Hard House, Tony de Vit.  He’s played alongside everyone from Fatboy Slim, Farley Jackmaster Funk, Frankie Knuckles & Chemical Brothers to Judge Jules, John ‘OO’ Fleming, Paul Van Dyk & Lisa Lashes for virtually every major hard edged brand and festival in the UK & Worldwide including Cream, Judgement Sundays, Frantic, Fevah, Glastonbury Festival, Insomniacz, Bulldog Bash, Miss Moneypennys, Soundscape (NZ), B2T, Traxx (SA), Timeless, Hard Dance Ibiza (IBZ), Sundissential, Trance port Festival (ARG), Round Bass (NL) & Tasty to name only a handful, plus he is the only Hard Dance DJ to have received a residency at the world famous Fabric nightclub in London for DTPM.




Ben Keen, aka BK, is recognised the world over as one of the most successful and prolific Hard House producers of all time. He conquered the world of dance with his own unique sound; tracks stacked full of energy and brimming with infusions trance and techno that redefined the Hard House style.

Growing up on the rave scene, he fell hard and fast for DJs and acts such as Carl Cox and The Prodigy, making him resolute on forging a career path in music. The determined 16-year-old began learning his trade as a trainee engineer at Carnaby Street Studios, London, where he was writing music for film and television. But, after discovering clubbing at the legendary Trade — The birthplace of Hard House and where he would later become resident — he began utilising his spare time (and the studio’s equipment) to experiment with his own sounds. He took his early influences from watching legends play at Trade play; Tony de Vit, Steve Thomas and the Sharp Boys playing tough US House and Techno through to Hard House in its early form. Later, returning to the club with a DJ bag slung over his shoulder, his own music in hand, he destroyed the dancefloor and thus a legend was born.

Continuing to cut his teeth in the world of producing, he honed his craft releasing music under several aliases, such as Razor Babes, Cortina. Whatever the artist name, BK’s music was irresistible to both clubbers and critics alike. He went on to storm the Global Dance Charts with standout tracks ‘Music
Is Moving’ and ‘Revolution’, and his acclaimed Nukleuz ‘Hard Beat’ series propelled Nukleuz into becoming the biggest selling independent record label for two years in a row. One of the most talented DJs / producers on the scene, he has gone on to produce literally hundreds of releases and remixes, spanning a career that has seen him travel the world, creating celebrated spin off parties / labels Riot and Slam in his wake.
2020 onwards has seen BKs vast back catalogue gain renewed traction with some of the World’s top techno DJs. With plenty of new releases on the horizon, including an epic 20th anniversary re-work of ‘Revolution’ due to drop on Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are the Brave label, BK shows absolutely no sign of stopping.

In 1992 a fresh faced producer from the Eastern Counties of England stepped off the train at Ladbroke Grove Tube Station in West London en route to his first ever encounter in a recording studio. That studio was located in the basement of the Kickin’ Records office in Westbourne Park Road, and the experience proved to be the beginning of a journey nobody could have predicted.
Fast forward over two hedonistic decades and K90 is now one the most recognisable and highly respected producers, performers and DJ’s in trance with base of loyal and loving fans spanning the globe. Credited for his numerous productions, releases and remixes K90 is responsible for creating the clubland phenomenon that is ‘Red Snapper’, arguably one of the most renowned hard trance tracks ever made! Not content merely with single releases Mark also boasts a list of critically acclaimed albums including ‘The Inner Limits’, ‘Crash’ and fan favourite ‘Urban Anthems’ fuelling the opinion that K90 continues to be one leading authorities in dance music today!
