Hi everyone...
This is my hobby... write down tunes and try to sing them..
Often with poor results.. as you can hear if you press play!!!
I was born in Rome in 1981... Day and month are gonna be too personal..
Jokes apart.. I start to listen to reggae music years and years ago...
obviously with Bob Marley and a few Italian reggae band, as "Radici nel Cemento" and
 "Villa Ada Posse".
Once in High school in Rome I met few people with the same passion and so we start to gather and play
acoustically percussion and guitar in a place named "Ateneo" (almost every day...all day...all night!!)But was not enuogh for me..
So my knowledge about reggae and Rastafarian movement began more strong and strong and then I start to DJing around Rome
under the name of MrNero with a friend of mine, Cristian "CiccioFar I " Peppi.
During all those years reggae music start to be very popular in Italy and day after day new sounds and sound systems appeared on the Rome reggae`s scene,
then we decided to recognize our self under the name of "FayaBorn Sound" playing together since 2007.
FayaBorn Sound played in several places with several sounds from every part of Italy organizing party at Rome`s beach
and few occupied place (Centri Sociali) collaborating often specially with "Il Faro" .
In 2007 I decided to leave Italy, but CiccioFar I stayed, so FayaBorn sadly no longer exist.. :o(
I moved In Scotland, Edinburgh precisely, in september 2007 `cause my oldest brother was already there,
to have a chance to learn another language and open more my mind.
In Edinburgh I started to play around with my brother Fabio "Fabz selecta" with the name of "I-Tal Faya Sound" (www.myspace.com/italfayasound)
collaborating with selectors and sounds based in the capital like "Selector Robigan", "Big Toe`s HI-FI", "Riddim Tuffa Sound", FrontLine Selecta" and with the Glasgow based SoundSystem "Mungo`s Hi-Fi" and supporting names as "ADRIAN SHERWOOD &amp; ON-U SOUND, DUB SYNDICATE, THE HEPTONES, THE CONGOS, YELLOWMAN and SUGAR MINOTT, and organizing personally reggae events monthly with the circle of sounds and selectors. Also we proudly presented at Cabaret Voltaire"MamaMarjas" and "Brother Culture".
Due to the difficult to play reggae in the Scotland`s capital for a lack of regga funs I-Tal Faya decided to rest but never to stop,
and in those many years I wrote down few tunes, helped by FabzSelector and homemade recorded,
often with poor results, as you can hear if you press play!!!
