But one day, a catastrophic event tore the fabric of reality apart.
Families were separated, people were erased.
All in the name of some sick game from a power beyond time itself.
It became known only as the ROLECHANGE.
Now it's up to one hero to make things as they should be.
But the question is, does the hero even know who they are?

After the unfortunate events that led to Undyne and Alphys' divorce, Undyne retreated to the old ruins. Upon moving there, she took it upon herself to make the ruins a sanctuary to all the aquatic-based monsters. This is the first area that Oliver finds themself in, and it's filled with water-based puzzles and strength-testing puzzles, to match Undyne's intensity as well as the general aquatic nature of this place.

the idea here was that, now hear me out, jevil and spamton are a clown and ventriloquist puppet each, right? and that's basically the same profession; you put on a character and perform. thats also a wwe wrestler, also drag queens, and also vtubers. get it? digital like spamton? vtuber like clowns kinda? hes a vtuber. canonically speaking.

oh yeah, and the logic behind sans and megalovania is because dummy is a doll and so is spamton, jevil is a clown and sans is a comedian. closest thing to a clown we got
