Vi kender det allesammen. Der er ikke tid nok. Altid travlt. Bruger vi egentlig tiden nok på det vi gerne vil. Får vi taget den mentale pause tidsnok ? Vi skal leve livet imens vi arbejder. Øve os på at hvile i nuet. At være tilfredse. Glade i sjælen.
