For my 3rd Techno Helpline show on Techno Connection, I decided to go for something a bit different - still dark and groovy (especially in the second half), but with a slightly retro vibe... 

Back in the '90s I was obsessed with Jeff Mills' legendary live sets from The Liquid Room in Tokyo (e.g. https://youtu.be/C6gl9ngTHc8) and I have recently been trying to recreate that awesome sound in my sets...this set is my first proper attempt...see what you think...

The guest mix in the second hour is by 909 Riot who's from Leeds in the UK where he is an integral part of the underground techno scene. He has a passion for hard techno and his DJ sets are always energetic and driving. He’ll be DJ-ing at H4Z3D in Swansea on 4th March 2023 and Technophobia in Blackpool on 19th May 2023.
