My first mix as part of Danger Foley's "Deeper DJ" series of theme challenges.  I love the Metamorphosis; like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly this mix grows and blooms over the 30 minutes into something completely different.

Metamorphosis is a story told through sound reflecting the evolution of my taste, my craft, and my heart.

It begins with connection then the pulse of love, rhythm, and shared energy. Later it unravels into the ache of endings, the release that comes from letting go, and the nights spent losing yourself on the dance floor just to feel alive again.

This mix is my chrysalis, from darkness to color, from stillness to movement.

From who I was to who I’ve become. 🦋

This one got a bit messy but tried to go through as many genres as possible in 30 minutes while, for the most part, sticking with tunes that are meaningful to me and letting little slips and imperfects stay.

Rooted in the community of Boogieburg Soundsystem in the blue ridge mountains, built on a foundation of shenanigans and authenticity, building a story, and leaving space for what shows up. 
Played with big names in big venues, but often have the most fun with friends in tiny spaces. All driven by the notion that I’m very happy to be unimportant and live in a place that has art and beauty.
