ELEMENTAL JOURNEY with Facilitation

Here's a mix to move, dance and journey to with some
simple facilitation at the beginning to support you to drop
into your breath and body with the focus on the element of EARTH.

When using the recording the most important thing is to listen to your own body.

Music is great and also contains a lot of energy and can be very directive in terms of movements and emotions. You're here to discover your own authentic relationship with the earth of your body and the body of the earth. That requires a lot of listening. 
Of course you can also just enjoy the music and let yourself go into the journey, but I encourage you to really be aware of your relationship to the earth and your intention or intentions as you move. 
You can listen, move and dance as many times as you'd like so try it out with different focuses. You can try just not trying to focus on the earth at all and enjoy the dance and you can try really going deep holding the awareness of the earth and your body. You can also try everything in between! 

This is a voyage of discovery and the good news is that there is no right or wrong way to do it.

If you can move and dance both in nature as well as at home that's wonderful.

It's great to journal or use anY other creative expression practices to support the deepening, digestion and integration.
