Alex Herrera is a DJ and producer hailing from Chile living in Australia.
He has been DJing since 2002, with his career taking off in college.

“I fell in love with EDM when I traveled around Europe when I was in college,” he said. “That’s when I decided to spread that same feeling with everyone in the USA, and learn how to DJ.”

Alex Herrera’s main genres are deep house, nu disco, UK house and indie dance, and he is constantly inspired by his own emotions to create his music. 

“Deep house changed my life in terms of emotions, dreams and sensations. I wanted to learn the same thing that all the producers who inspired me did and I dreamt that my name would be out there one day.”

He cites his main musical influences as Depeche Mode, Sade and old soulful music.
