This is not despairing music--rather, it's music to conjure with challenges ahead and to aide in gathering the energy and strength to keep going and persevere. Love, hope, faith and community--hold on.

Feelin' A Little Apocalyptic

As 2022 comes to a close, I have to confess that I feel the most positive and excited about the future than I've felt in...well, maybe ever. It was one of the most challenging years of my life, but I feel like I've come out on the other side. I don't just see the light at the end of the tunnel, I feel like I'm coming out of the tunnel itself, ready to meet 2023 with excitement and a lot of enthusiasm. I thank my friends, my community, my tribe and a lot of love directed at me for all of it. 

This music reflects that sense of optimism for me. It's based more on traditional house than what I usually spin, but the songs on this mix just kind of came to me. Where I usually labor over a mix...this one just flowed. One take. Less agonizing. More flow. 

And with all that said, I wish for all of you listening a 2023 of beauty, love, growth, great sex, friendship, and community...of challenges met squarely and successfully...and of course, ridiculously great music and dancing.

Out Of The Tunnel

Opening for Nora en Pure at a sold out show at Midway is a very specific mission.  Keep the steady deeper side house vibez going without hot dogging it, and keep it interesting for a packed big room.  I started and ended keeping it fairly dreamy and pretty, but played with all kinds of subtle interesting tracks in the middle.  These deeper sets have better re-listen value than the prime time movers, so I hope you enjoy.  Make sure and catch the brilliant new and unreleased track by the Scumfrog at the end.  Nora's tour manager made me fade out my last track before it was done but added the rest for posterity and because it's f'ing brilliant.  Let me know what you think.

hiya! I dont have time right now to like um record sets and shit as I obviously have um evil genius plans. I recorded this set on NYE and figured out how to time the countdown which I was super proud of. 

Pls enjoy. BTW I am that bitch Elle from Netflix Escaping Twin Flames and totally using this shit to um profit off my own trauma, because everyone else have and im out of ducks. Maybe you can engage the F out of this so I can not just accidentally walk into EDC artist area next year. Tag ur fav festival.

For Opulent Temple's 2019 annual Wednesday night Sacred Dance party, we were hosted by our friends at Playground since we didn't have a sound camp this year.  I played 10-11 before Carl Cox.  So the goal was walking the fine line of being engaging & building energy but still being a proper "opening set" for Carl, and not hot dogging it.

2 songs (Sunshine & Peanut Butter), were by my friend and vocalist Ida Flo, who sang live up on stage next to me.  The night was pure magic, the energy gorgeous, the vibe palpable.  Hope this takes you back, let me know what you think!
