I want all my dirty secrets to “be out there” so by the time I go to the next world and everything will be revealed anyway, I want nothing hidden, nothing unknown, no skeletons left in the closet. You can hide for some time, but you cannot hide for ever. There are no secrets. And while this song and this album has a confessional quality to it, I do not believe in finger pointing. It is not the president. It’s me. I am the start and the end of my problems. And as we take that in we must always be remembered to make our love grow, also towards ourselves. Hatred grows on it’s own.
