I love acid no matter what the genre is. Techno, house, breaks, dubstep, jungle, hardcore. Whatever. Doesn't matter to me. I hear those sharp little chirps and rubbery squelched and it puts me in a real musical happy place.

In Hour 2 we hand over to Berlin-based composer, producer and sound designer, Ben Lukas Boysen who released his album 'Spell' in June, mixed and mastered by friend and fellow Erased Tapes artist Nils Frahm. Music featured includes Pink Floyd, Kurt Stenzel, Demdike Stare, Hans Otte, Nina Simone and Ryoji Ikeda, and he had this to say about his mix;

"Some all time influential songs and hidden gems that contrast and complement each other. I love these songs for their simplicity and ample, devotional focus on composition and sound. There is ravishing beauty in the absence of decoration."
