Omapots is an electronic music producer from Norway. He merges his science background with a deep interest in sound, and utilizes both passion and scientific principles in exploring new sound textures. Analog synthezisers and Eurorack setups play a large role in the sound design process accompanied by organic recordings, such as birds or laboratory equipments in part of the sculpting process of experimental flavours. 

The creator of Omapots is also a co-founder of Nemø, alongside the artist Dharma Das. Nemø is a cutting-edge psytrance project, blending zenonesque and progressive psytrance with innovative approaches to how the genre can evolve and be expressed.

As a collaborator with RaveLatefest [link: linktr.ee/ravelatefest], Omapots has made his mark at Oslo Bar & Scene, showcasing his dedication to expanding the realms of trance and electronic music.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I want to bring to your attention one interesting thing that can put you in a state of balance while you go straight through your life. Thing that can make you feel comfortable regardless any situations in your life. Open and accessible action or practise, that fulfill your life and makes you be happiness. This thing is meditation, that came to us through many ages and generations. The feeling of feelingless body is amazing state. It is possible to artificially put your body to sleep that you can't even use it while you are being conscious. The only thing is active is your mind. You can visualize, create, fly, teleport anywhere. The mind that we've been given is not used how it suppose to be used. We can experience anything you visualize, and the most effort of it is attracting it to your life.
I came up to this half a year ago, and am amazed and schocked at the same time what meditation can offer. All you have to do is lay down comfortably, plug in your earphones, don't move and listen the voice that guides you through your meditation experience. Different varieties of them can suit any minds vibrations. 
Try out this lucid dreaming guide with alarm that I created during my researches and finding a proper material. 
It has special beeping system, that awakens you in a proper way to trick the brain and make him wake up while you sleep on his own. All you have to do is just fall asleep and be sure that this beeping system will make everything for you. Just fall asleep as fast as you can.

A Summary Of Rhythm Napping
To tie all this together, here is a short rundown of rhythm napping in full.
· Set your alarm clock for some time early in the morning, such as 5:00 AM.
· Get up and for an hour then go back to bed. During the time you’re up, you may want to read about lucid dreaming in order to strengthen your subconscious intent to become lucid in a dream. This is called a mnemonic induced lucid dream, or MILD.
· Next get your timer ready timer. Then lay down and stay perfectly still with your eyes relaxed. Let yourself daydream until you fall asleep.
· Depending on the timer setup you have chosen, the session will last between a half hour and an hour and a half. Your goal is to fall asleep as many times as possible and to wake up each time the timer beeps without ever moving.
· If you can do that cycle five times in one hour you will almost certainly become lucid or at least feel phenomena you’ve never had before such as paralysis or vibrations.
· When you’re awake again for the final time, get up and write down the dreams you had. This important last step of analyzing and recalling your dreams will reinforce your dream recall abilities and after a while you will start to see patterns in your dreams you had never noticed before.
