It happened. I got tired of hearing the old mix of Days On Juno's "Colours," so I remixed my original adaptation of the song. Using proper monitoring and better plugins this go around, I honestly feel like this is the sound I was going for originally. Or at least closer to it. Still fought with the snare a ton, but because there's so much of it bleeding through the overheads that sidechaining would only kill the cymbals on snare hits.
