BENSEN

I played this set on a saturday session and its not as clean as I would like so I thought about not releasing it. Nevertheless everytime I hear it I immediately start celebrating - it just drives me! So I don't want to be such a perfectionist and think to myself: upload the thing!

Starting with "The Entrance - Pig&Dan, Gregor Tresher" it quickly continues with more driving records and jap, "Outside World - Bart Skils & Weska" would be a great closing, but there were still some new tracks I wanted to play ;)

BodyRide | Techno Peak Time | 135bpm

Last Friday night was a wild ride as I played some new tunes. I kicked things off with some raw Techno beats that had me bouncing and vibing off the sounds of Drumcode throughout the night, mixing in tracks that keept me going. Starting of with Loco & Jam's "Basement Jack" over to Enrico Sangiulian who brought some serious intensity to the mix.

And guess what? This was the first time I recorded a set on my new Pioneer RX3, feeling like I'm getting closer to that club standard setup.

Wir freuen uns wie ein Honigkuchenpferd euch die erste Ausgabe unserer #Stroboklo Heißhunger Podcast Edition servieren zu dürfen.
Hauptgang hatte die große Ehre, den Bau der Stroboklo Stage auf dem Bucht der Träumer* Festival 2023 zu übernehmen. Wir wollen die Artists dieses wundervollen Floors featuren und uns gemeinsam mit euch an diesen tollen Sommer zurück zu erinnern.

Los gehts mit: Wanda Wild

Wanda Wild steht für melodischen Underground-Techno. Ihr Stil ist einzigartig. Tiefdunkel und tanzbar. Rollende Basslines, verspielte Synthies, melodische - fast kitschige - Breaks gefolgt von rhythmischen Techno-Sounds. Inspiriert von Künstlern wie Remcord, Ae:ther, Dzyen, Undercatt und so weiter haben ihre Sets eine verträumte und doch intensive Dynamik. Eine dramatische, heilende Reise, die darauf abzielt, dass man etwas fühlt.

Wanda Wild - Heißhunger 066 #Stroboklo

A warm welcome to 2024. This is my first set for this year and I was really in the mood for a tough techno set again! The set included lots of new tracks from Pan-Pot, Rober Owens, Lilly Palmer and Bjarki - Rave Daddy - a song we'll definitely be hearing again and again this year.

I've now gotten used to my Pioneer setup and am enjoying my time on the decks like never before! I'm excited to see what 2024 will bring - some new uploads for sure!

I played this set on a Saturday afternoon with a friend while standing on a terrace watching the sun set over the rooftops of Munich. The sound is pretty deep and was pushing properly through speakers - as we got ready for more clubbing that night.

tschu tschu, der gefyhlsexpress rollt über die grenzen deutschlands tief in den süden. dort, wo die spanische sonne, die sommertage noch nicht verabschiedet hat und lauschige tunes warten.
nächster halt:  l'a cultural - @niu barcelona, 
tief treibende bässe locken das teils verschlafene feiervolk am samstag mittag aus ihren zelten, um mit dem gefyhlsexpress in elektronischen frequenzen einzutauchen und die zellen rythmisch zu wecken. 
die buhu stage öffnet mit ordentlich dampf und die gleise sind gestellt auf bouncy emotions. hier und da ein bisschen melodische landschaften und hin und wieder eine wummernde baseline. 
und hier gibts nochmals den fahrtenbucheintrag auf die ohren. 

@la cultural: was eine unfassbar schöne zeit und was ein erlebnis von diesem wunderschönen festival und dieser family ein teil sein zu dürfen. ab sekunde 1 habe ich mich zuhause gefühlt und ich danke euch und das team für diese wunderschöne erfahrung <3 wir sehen uns nächstes jahr wieder, das ist gewiss. und ja ich hatte nicht nur einmal pipi in den augen während des sets und auch über die gesamte zeit. liebe geht raus an euch!

Als Co-Veranstalter diverser Events – unter anderem im Rahmen von friends. - ist Bensen auch hinter den Kulissen aktiv. In dieser Rolle lädt er regelmäßig spannende Künstler:innen an die Decks ein und steht für musikalische Vielfalt sowie ein starkes Miteinander in der Szene.

Bei Events schöpft er aus dem Vollen seiner Sammlung – stilvoll arrangiert und stets dem Anlass sowie der Stimmung angepasst.
