Diplômé du Conservatoire royal de Mons (ARTS²) en 2011 (Master en musique à finalité spécialisée et agrégation de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur) et en 2012 (Master à finalité approfondie en collaboration avec l’Université libre de Bruxelles), j'ai eu l’occasion d’y étudier l’esthétique acousmatique avec Annette Vande Gorne, Ingrid Drese et Philippe Mion. Compositeur, sound designer et vidéaste, je suis également actif dans le milieu de l’enseignement supérieur artistique (ARTS², IMEP).

Jean-Baptiste Zellal composes music for concerts and the performing arts. He creates and performs music in a wide range of contexts.
He holds a Master's degree in acousmatic composition from the École Supérieure des Arts de Mons, where he studied under Philippe Mion, Benjamin Thigpen and Annette Vande Gorne.
He is also involved in teaching, and above all musical activities, in associations and institutions.
