'Travel To The Outer Reaches' is a psych tinged soundtrack piece inspired by the sounds of David Axelrod and Pink Floyd. All instruments were played by Diger Rokwell (except the drums) Originally made for the upcoming 'Seeds' extend play, but it got lost in deep space and didn't make the cut. 

'Travel To The Outer Reaches' is to celebrate the 'not long to go' stage of new born life approaching, my mother's 70th birthday on Friday, and release information for my upcoming extended play 'Seeds'. I am definitely traveling to the outer reaches into a new world of discovery. Enjoy!

Reverence is Cloudchord’ new record of acoustic beats, out May 15, 2020. The record’s intention is to reset and cleanse the palette of Cloudchord’s fans. While it diverges from recent releases, this has been a cohesive body of work in the making. He pairs his breezy steel string guitars and ukuleles alongside a diverse set of collaborators. They include the reeds, brass and flutes of Soul Food Horns, the unique jaw harp sounds of Dirtwire, and the MPC-style sample chopping expertise of Karavelo. I’ve compiled some amazing pieces of music from multiple generations and did my best to keep the integrity of each song. The end of the mix has 8 minutes and 46 seconds of silence to honor the death and sacrifice of George Floyd. For all my fellow white brothers and sisters, I hope you’ll take that time to reflect and illuminate your own prejudice, privilege, and shadow (which we all have wether we admit to it or not).... and to all my Black and Brown brothers and sisters, I want you to know I stand with you and want to do my part in amplifying your messages and art." 

Facing the shadow is never easy but neglecting it only gives it power. So I invite all to dive deep into Shadow Werk, Vol 1: Just Listen.
