Proudly hail from Lyon, Bērengēre started DJing in 2012, at the
beginning of her London life by exploring the underground scene failing
in love with the Deep and Melodic Techno.
Now based in Toulouse, she kept sharing her flow in the inconic clubs of
the city and beyond with progressive and emotive tones, sometimes a tad
melancholic, but always with full of energy.

The Scumfrog on his new song Tiny Little Human: “"Sure, my quarantine is very comfortable and spacious, but it does evoke thoughts and emotions that I see resonate around me. It addresses how much I have taken for granted the value of basic touch in my daily life. I sense that many people around me are struggling with the sudden absence of human touch. I hope we can remember this frustration when it is once again ok to mingle, and to appreciate the value of a basic hug. We, as humans, made it to the top of the food chain. We essentially 'won earth', but what is that worth if we cannot touch each other?"

The remixes on this stellar package come from Australian production outfit @theoddness (delivering two funky downtempo mixes), U.S. producer @pezzner with a stripped-down haunting mix, and the emerging art collective Voodoo Porn Space Disco delivering a chugging feel-good House anthem.

The video of the song is currently in post-production, and consist of a fan-sourced collection of ‘Legotography’, where the assignment was to photograph a single Lego minifigure in a real-world setting depicting isolation and quarantine. The video is edited together by legendary film and video editor Bob Jenkis (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Chris Isaak)

**ARRVL 028 - Bērengēre**

It’s time we delivered an ARRVL podcast and for #28 a mix we’ve been eagerly anticipating for a while!

Proudly hailing from Lyon, Bērengēre is a Melodic Techno DJ, based in Toulouse since 2017. She dived into the electronic atmosphere by exploring the underground London scene when arriving in the city in 2012. With regular musical trips to Berlin visiting her favourite clubs including Kater Blau and Ritter Butzke, she quickly fell in love with the Deep and Melodic Techno styles.

When building set journeys, her inspiration comes from the emotive aspect, sometimes melhancolic, but always a progressive flow. 

In this situation, while in the midst of a  2nd lock down France, she provided this podcast considering it as her therapy, enabling a space to think and escape. 

Inspired by producers that she consideres as “THE true artists of the journey”

ARRVL 028 - Bērengēre

Bio - Proudly hail from Lyon, I started DJing at the beginning of my London life in 2012.
Exploring the underground scene, I dived into this atmosphere falling in love with the Deep and Melodic Techno. I had the chance to played in beautiful London places such as Ministry of Sound, Horse and Groom or the EGG Club alongside the LSA crew.
Now based in Toulouse since the end of 2017, I met the 17H46 when arriving in the city, collective of House and Techno, influent actors of the Toulouse nightlife playing at the most iconic clubs of the city.
In summer 2018, we launched the Pampa Festival, within the one I have co-organised for the two first years. Today, I am involved in new projects - PH7 and Electronic Immersion collectives - closer to my univers #Deep and #Melodic #Techno. A tad melancholic, I love sharing music and feel people hyptnotized floating with beats of #DeepHouse / #ProgressiveHouse / #DeepTechno #MelodicTechno bringing them to another universe.

A tad melancholic, Bērengēre always combines emotions and deep tones
creating a smooth and groove atmosphere which should bring you floating
to another universe.
