This of course remains a masterpiece of lyrical whimsey. The meter inspired the speed of my "Always Sunday" chorus. So many subjects, so little time. I still wish this song was an hour long. Of course you'd need a break when doing it live. But would still be so worth it.

that galloping rhythm is unmistakable - but there's throwbacks to early Dylan stuff here too. Humdinger ... folksinger. Brilliant, man!

This haunting driving opening track of the 1978 Street Legal album is definitely in my top 5 of Dylan tracks. Lyrics and music fit like a glove and the response singing on the original is very uplifting. My cover attempt is but a small humble exercise to emulation, Learning how to play this, hoping to find fellow musicians.
