It is with my immense pleasure and honour that I host my bro, great friend, superb DJ and Selector: DJ MÜLL.

DJ MÜLL: DJ and Selector, passionate researcher and collector of music in all its forms. He has been at the forefront of organising musical events for years, from the artistic direction of historic Veronese realities such as Interzona and Kroen, to his presence in the Friendly Disco People collective with the intention of spreading club culture in all its forms.
Since  2023, he has been collaborating with LOOSE.FM, a London based radio, for which he runs
‘Spirito Balearico’, a sonic journey into the eclectic Balearic world with evanescent boundaries, with the ability to transport listeners to a beach in front of a magical sunset!
In 2024 he is the author of ‘The Balearic Tapes’, a series in which he narrates the best releases from the balearic world and beyond for Le Disque Record Store in Verona.
His selections are an unpredictable and eclectic journey through the many facets of the Balearic world, including funk, Italo-disco and electro forays.

We reminisced about the opening at The Shore while listening to the recording of DJ Tracksuit's set. This is the kick-off of the new series 'Reminiche', where we share recorded sets of artists at the stages and parties we hosted. So, if you missed out on an event or if you do not want to touch your phone on the dancefloor to Shazam, this one song, we have got your back. 

Big fat shoutout to the team of Blue Sigma for setting up a stage where not a single needle skipped during the night, which is a rare experience for parties at the beach! Thank you to The Shore for hosting all of us and Fishtapes for allowing us to host one of the stages.

Reminiche with DJ Tracksuit

Here’s the second mix installment of our Esfinge Edits mix series entitled "Music For Stoners & Lovers" selected and mixed by Esfinge Edits label heads Sphynx People. This second volume of the series is a music selection of interesting original material from our bag that we considerate them as “stoner disco” and “adult oriented disco” tunes that defined our sound as label and studio-only project blended with some slightly more 80’s discofied stuff for slow mature dancefloors and also some obscure trans-continental balearic-minded edits including one of our forthcoming tunes of the debut release on Esfinge Edits that will be out in June 26 exclusively on Bandcamp, more info to be announced shortly. Berlin Boombox Mix #1 - Estimulo

Drei Farben House is not only a fellow collector of vinyl records, but also a producer of fine house tunes and boss of his record label tenderpark. He prefers his music to come in the form of big black vinyl discs and he's usually reluctant to record dj-dets, but I was able persuade him to record a set for the Berlin Boombox series. He serves up a mix of sophisticated house with splashes of disco and funk. No tracklist here, but I'm sure a few of the tracks are dubplates of unreleased tracks.

DJ Hilmatic is a veteran of Germany's Hip Hop scene. As a member of 0711Club and DJ for Breite Seite he played clubs across Europe. He also ran his own recordstore Soundshop, together with DJ Emilio. Nowadays he is kind of retired, so I am lucky to have snatched this mix of classic Hip Hop tunes from him.

DJ Emilio is promoter, producer, vinyl collector, record shop owner and radio show host. The last 25 years music has been dominating his life and the last 20 years he has been dominating clubs in his hometown Stuttgart. His mix takes us back to the funky 60s & 70s.

DJ Dance is the alias of no one other but Axel Pfaender himself, creator of the Berlin Boombox. He's been spinning records since the late 90s when the Berlin club scene was still underground and there was no such thing as MP3s. When you spend your days pampering a monster baby like the Berlin Boombox there aren't many opportunities to spin your beloved house records. So this was a rare opportunity for Axel to select an hour of house vinyls to celebrate the imminent launch of the Berlin Boombox.
