Throwing rave parties since 2011, the [BP] collective has been founded with the objective of bringing a new breath to the French underground techno scene.

In the [BP] “Tag Und Nacht” parties the visual universe tends to merge with the sound. Each of the two stages has something different to tell: “Tag” for the Open Air, “Nacht” for the dark and smoky room. This project is based on the belief that the story told by sound depends on the visual atmosphere in which it is played.

Indeed this very first EP is built between those two atmospheres; the 4 tracks of the EP could be played in any of the two scenes “Tag” or “Nacht” with a totally different impact on the audience. On the “Tag” stage, both of the tracks are colorful, atmospheric and dynamic whereas on the “Nacht” stage, they become dark, trippy and powerful.

This record is the first release of the two artists X1000 on the A side and Vidock on the B side. Both of them are part of the [BP] collective since the beginning, they draw their influences from the 90’s Detroit and Belgium techno and trance scene. It’s difficult not to think about artists like the Martian, Model 500, Robert Leiner or the whole R&S label while listening to these 4 tracks.

Monoloc & Daniel Wilde _ Its a Shame

Frankyeffe released his "Hoch" EP with us on Trapez a good year ago and this is his newest invention!

The EP kicks off with "Bla Bla" and has the specific percussive quality which reminds us of early Plasticman releases.
The track is a rush of adrenaline and shows nice contrasts between the main and existential elements: bass heaviness, percussive acoustic and tight looped vocals. The dynamic of the track comes in waves increasing the tension and then letting it evaporate in a nice way.

"Hero" is a one if these mail coat tracks in techno. The track has a long repetitive intro before it starts to introduce beat variations and a change of color in sound. These elements add a hypnotic note and include some minor beat explosions making it a great DJ track!

"Spazio" heavily juggles with percussive sounds right in the beginning and makes an impact on techno funk drum computer programming later on, while dropping some UFO sounds that draw mystic into the track. The track is pretty raw and that is pretty nice!

“E121” is dark, rough and has a brilliant atmosphere. 8 min pure pleasure and an excellent track for playing 3 decks.

“Insular Tone“ is a great no-nonsense stomper. 
If you’re a fan of some older Djax up beats stuff, you’ll need this too!

On the B-side, “Derby“ is pure emotion with the touch of roughness only James can add to tracks.

The Stoll Remix takes it to the floor and straight up tempo. No Fooling around. Mau takes it to another level with a stripped version.

The IONO Series continues with EGORYTHMIA and some highlights about the psy-Balkan scene and his upcoming compilation ANTIMATERIA.

Irregular pulses are morphing into a melodic harmonic story, each time a different one, each time a different plot, but every time – Egorythmia, aka Boban Lazovski.
Egorythmia’s path has never gone in a specific pattern... His attraction to Psychedelic Trance began with deep dark tech Trance such as Dark Soho, the Delta , Atmos and Midi Miliz , and then went further back to old school Goa Trance such as Cosma , Man with No Name and Etnica… Being hypnotized by these astonishing sounds in his home at Skopje, Macedonia, he felt the need to take part in this mysterious culture and create his own psychedelic interpretation. And so, in the year 2001, he started to gradually penetrate into the culture, first as a DJ and party promoter, and then when the urge to bring his own mark increased, Lazovski started to make his own sound. In 2008, Egorythmia has emerged into the world.

His unique and magnetic sound has quickly got Iono Music’s attention and he was immediately signed to join our family in 2008 and released his first EP – Night Sight. Since that moment his music skyrocketed across the Psychedelic Progressive Trance sky with the notable hits- Beyond Gravity EP in 2010 and his remix to Ace Ventura – Dark Matter in 2011. Another significant landmark is his edited compilation Forensic Science in 2011 and the second edition of the compilation he did in collaboration with E-Clip, aka Marko Radovanovic from Serbia. This partnership did not end there and a new project – Time Travellers - has boiled up from the great sonic chemistry these two have. With these tunes
Egorythmia has got the whole world hooked up on his music. Travelling all around the globe to spread his religion, he made stops in Boom festival, Fusion Festival, Ozora festival, Antaris festival, Vuuv Experience festival as well as making turbulences in Israel, Brazil, Mexico and Australia. Along the way he met many like-minded artists whom he collaborated with, such as Ace Ventura, Ritmo, Zen Mechanics, Symbolic, E-Clip, and Zyce. These collaborations and his music have been released in many labels, for instance Blue Tunes, Iboga, Echoes, and Plusquam. Always on the move, Egorythmia is fired up and his flame is going to get bigger and brighter. Follow the heat, follow the light.
