Hoffman - The Calm Before the Storm

Work in progress C64 double speed SID cover of a 2018 Amiga mod called 'My Lucky Number' by Virgill.

Only a test recording of part of the track, taken from a real 8580 SID equipped C64c passed through a Dolby amp.  *Lots* of work to be done on the remaining part of the tune and tinkering with the sounds / instruments.  The SID will be used in a future C64 production of some sorts...

My Lucky Number (Work in Progress - 8580 SID Test)

A tune I did for the winning oldskool demo at the "Demosplash 2018" Demoparty entitled "Apple II Megademo" (https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=78718)

Be aware that this tune only uses 3 channels. Afterwards it was transfered to Apple II using the Vortex Tracker II.

The original mod file is 19kb "big".

4klang - Introspection

"Cause Of Death" is the Maintheme of the Commodore 64 Demo "Cause Of Death" by Arsenic which became 4th in the demo competition at X-2012 in the Netherlands. The tune was entirely composed on a real C64. No lame computers were harmed. Everything you hear is directly sampled from a real Commodore C64 with two 8580R5 SID chips installed. Picture taken from the intro sequence, pixeled by Yazoo/Arsenic.
