Sound> Lying on the gap between dance floor jacking beats and knob-twiddling, d_bug delivers fresh house & tech house with a post-minimal touch.  A complex sound with multiple textures using only the minimum necessary elements. The free structure of his tracks makes improvisation on stage very natural. The music is fresh, smart and danceable, with no immediate reference to compare it to in the universe of electronica. 
A relentless rhythm and steady groove is achieved through the use of strictly synthetic elements, add this to a highly entertaining live act and you have the perfect sound for the rush hour with depth and introspection.

D-bug's sound has been already tasted by the hardcore dancing crowds of Germany, Uk, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic and USA and of course his hommies at Mexico, where he also participated in the Festival Mutek.MX 2006. 

Bio> Originally from Mexico city, Ismael Torres has had previous incursions into electronic music. First, as part of the trio Ultradeep, in which he created an organic deep house sound with live vocals & bass, where he performed for some years in many venues and Festivals along Nopal beat collective. Since 2005, he started his first solo project, Input, was very well received in a series of small venues, which led to a deeper explorationof studio work and a more complex live act, under the name D_bug. Then, he started to tour to Europe for some years, during the golden years of the minimal techno wave, playing in different countries and in some renowned venues and clubes like: Bar 25, Maria am ostbahnof, Mutek, etc. After taking some time off, D_bug continue to perform mostly in different cities of Mexico. In 2016, he is presenting his new project called d_code, where he also performs as a live act and in which he focus only in Techno as his main sound.

Sound> d-code is the new project from Ismael Torres, where he experiments with a deep & dark sound to create a kind of raw techno sound, using only necessary elements that when combined with hypnotic bass lines and sweeping synths with minimal melodies and sometimes weird vocals, can create mental and introspective but danceable moments cricuals for the dance floor.

During this year, d-code started to perform in Mexico´s underground techno scene as a techno live act and actually he´s working on his debut EP and looking forward his first Europe tour with this project. Fat bass lines, crazy acid leads, banging kicks and hard attack snares are his trademark.

A partir de elementos sintéticos logra un ritmo implacable y engancha de manera sorprendente, con profundidad e introspección.

Con sus presentaciones en vivo ya ha sido escuchado en algunos escenarios de paises como Alemania, España, Suiza,Republica Checa, Estados Unidos y obviamente en Mexico, en donde fue parte de el cartel de el Festival Mutek.Mx de el año 2006.

Playing ecletic sets that set a unique vibe, Late Nite Guest has performed on the west coast beaches of Pachena Music Festival and Bamfield's Salty Hearts to the eclectic atmosphere of Otherworld (Burning Man Regional Burn) and Cumberland's Woodstove Festival. Complemented by opening sets at the infamous Waverley Hotel in Cumberland, BC and hidden dance gatherings across Vancouver Island.

Sharing the stage as a supporting act for Neon Steve, Burchill, Em.ash and LadyK, Late Nite Guest knows how to get the vibe going and keeping the energy high.
