Born and raised in Montreal, ST - also known as Simon Templar - has been honing his craft for over 10 years and has gained critical recognition around Montreal with the help of his many projects in collaboration with beatmaker Liam (www.trusttheteam.ca). Along with Liam and Fruits, another very talented producer, he formed Trust The Team, a collective bringing together many like-minded musical talents such as Liam, Fruits, Charles Cozy, Antoje, Le Rabot and many more. Also a proud member of the ALAIZ family, ST is surrounded by talent and tries to maximize the inspiration brought forward by all these creative peeps. 

ST currently stands as one of the many current up-and-coming artists from Montreal that are making a lot of noise, thanks to the beat scene and organizations such as Artbeat Montreal and the Piu Piu Documentary. 

A champion of authenticity, ST explores subjects that closely surround his life while adding a modern touch on classic rap music. He shows versatility and has proven to be comfortable rapping on all kinds of music, from boom-bap to indie rock. With the help of his frequent travels, ST is able to paint a wider picture than most and presents a brand that values genuine feelings and stories, no matter how fly or sad. 

Outside of his regular collaborators, ST has also worked with the likes of The Celestics (Louie P & Kaytranada), High-Klassified, Dr. MaD, SmokeRings (Heathcliff Starks & Nox), Da-P, Rami.B, Blasé, Gabe 'Nandez, Jei Bandit and many more.
