A soundscape is like a tale made of travel notes, glimpse of memory and impressions. This set is a live session designed to be a multilayer flux of sounds, songs, speeches and frequencies where the destination is to get lost. 

Kalendaar is a Barcelona based producer who is still wondering how to get out of the tale, music is a kind of attempt. 

Mostly a performer, only few works are published, he prefers to play live with not recording at all;  collaborating as Incognito with video artists Kalendaar explores the relation between melodies and memory, images and harmony as well as impressionism in music.

For the grand finale of our ://about blank Tribute we invited our long time friend Ahu who also happens to be part of the technical crew of the club we call our home. Ahu is also running one of the most inspiring labels, Shahr Farang, and collabortates occasionally with Warning resident Erik Jäähalli. His closing set here is also the most diverse of all contributions. With this set reflects not only the diversity of Ahu as a DJ and musician but also gives a great example of how a Warning party could sound if it would be distilled to the time of one and half hour.

Starting with an abstract ambient, wavy and moody atmosphere, to then break things open with the trumpet from Harry Beckett in ‘Bracelets of sound’. ‘Bracelets of sound’, wouldn’t that be a great name for this mix?! 
Recording these soft mixes always feels very personal to me. It’s a beautiful dialogue between your feelings and the music, I believe that sometimes it’s just better to let the music speak… The mix brings you the refreshing sounds of birds in contrast with the grandeur of the horns from an orchestra. “Soft music for soft days”
