THILO's sophomore EP "RUN RUN" deals with the overarching theme of RUNNING on various levels of meaning.
He realizes that adulthood is not an arrival or destination - the journey does not end here but life remains a process of change, growth, learning and RUNNING through this world

FAR AWAY is a collab between the upcoming R&B/Pop artist THILO and Seattle-based artist DAVE B. (aka artist on Macklemore’s “Cornerstore”)
The song is an ode to the R&B club sounds of the 2000s, which you equally want to chill and dance to. Its warm yet pushing beat and pitched vocal in the hook makes you want to move and sing along.
FAR AWAY reflects about the uncomfortable situation of sensing hot vibes with someone who is taken and unavailable. You know that staying away would be the right thing to do - but the tension pulls you in.

The detailed and brave production merges with various modern vocal effects to create a melancholic soundscape with lots of zeitgeist and reminiscent of heartfelt tracks by Frank Ocean and Omar Apollo.
