these two songs were written during a recent bipolar depression episode and reflect two stages: brokenness and then comfort. I typically take night walks when I feel like my mind has gone “too far” with its intrusive thoughts, and often walking makes it worse unfortunately, which is what LEVEL about. SEASONS is about the comfort found when I return home, and the peace I’ve found with my support system, especially with my partner, who is my home (ily rob). 

the biggest thank you to oshi— SEASONS started with just a tiny vocal of his on a TC Helicon but became the most emotive piece we could have imagined. thank you for pulling these emotions out of me and being one of my biggest supporters and close friends <3
