Born with significant hearing loss, Deaf Can Dance has never treated it as a limitation. Nearly two decades deep into the Polish electronic scene, he’s been on a continuous search — drifting through genres, exploring what lies between the lines.

He hears things differently — maybe less technically, more intuitively — and that’s exactly what makes his sets so compelling. There’s no formula. Instead of chasing trends, he weaves together hypnotic rhythms and offbeat textures to create a space where the music truly connects.

He plays to the moment. A sunrise set in the forest sounds nothing like a late-night session in a packed club. He reads the room — or the land — and lets the music speak.

He’s also the mind behind OUTER SPICE, a podcast and event series for artists who like to dig deeper. Over the years, it’s welcomed names like Adiel, Ogazon, Youandewan, Kotelett, Dave Dinger, and JUST2 — selectors who follow their own path.

Since 2016, he’s also been part of the core team behind Summer Contrast Festival — shaping one of Poland’s most respected alternative gatherings from the inside out.

He’s not here for the spotlight. He’s here for those who feel music — the ones who close their eyes when they dance.

jensky (formerly known as Phil Jensky) has been a dynamic force on the Polish music scene for nearly two decades, constantly evolving and exploring a wide range of musical genres. Starting his DJ career in 2005, despite being born with significant hearing loss, he transformed this challenge into a unique advantage. His heightened sensitivity to sound, combined with an exceptional imagination, allows him to interpret and mix music in ways others may overlook, creating deeply immersive auditory experiences. 

Over the years, he has honed a distinctive style, marked by groovy, trippy rhythms and non-obvious, experimental sounds. Known for his dark, often hallucinatory techno, Jensky’s performances are unpredictable and varied, shaped by the atmosphere, location, and time of day. His mixes are a seamless blend of genres, offering a captivating journey through the darker shades of electronic music.
