The Meditation Podcast is a free podcast designed to help you benefit from meditation in your everyday life. It is produced by Jesse Stern & Jeane July-Stern.

Our podcast is unique because it uses binaural beats in the audio that actually affect the brain waves, inducing a deep state of relaxation, and a brain pattern similar to REM sleep. This has the potential to bring about profound healing. We have received emails from people all over the world who have suffered from strokes, emotional losses, trauma, anxiety and insomnia, all of whom have benefitted from our podcast.*

We decided to make this podcast to help regular people who want to learn and practice meditation. This style of meditation is non-denominational, and we believe it can be used in conjunction with – or separate from – any church, temple or any set of religious or spiritual beliefs.

Oliver Nelson, born & raised in Stockholm, Sweden. Played drums since i was eight years old and began producing electronic music at the age of seventeen.

Sinan Saim Yüksel is a boundary-free storyteller of sound. His musical journey began at the age of 7 with traditional Turkish folk&classical music training and solo performances in choirs and cultural events.

After spending time in Germany during his teenage years, he was introduced to global genres like rap,techno and pop, which fueled his growing interest in electronic music. By 2005, he was recording his own productions from home,turning passion into lifelong dedication. For SSY, music is not simply part of life—it *is* life. He lives every moment with and through it.

SSY’s music invites you into a space where feeling matters more than genre, and rhythm serves both the body and the soul. Whether on stage or in the studio, he builds sonic bridges—between past and future, heart and beat, listener and artist.

In his DJ sets, SSY primarily explores house music, blending it with ethnic elements to create an atmosphere that moves the body while touching the soul.
