VLKN is a dj based in Istanbul. His real name is Volkan.
As he averages adolescence, he fanatically discovers electronic sounds. After listening, dancing and vibrating with the beats of electronic music, he decided to insert himself fully into the universe of the trays back in 2003. For some years now VLKN has used vinyl as the preferred format for his presentations. He believes, that it is the most noble and beautiful format to be able to transmit what flows from within when making a set. It was a really sunny day, we provided our PA, had a local Jazz band perform, some DJ Friends played vinyls after up until 9PM when I took over to bring the Ethereal Techno vibes to the party until midnight! Hope you like the set, I had a really great day and it was a lot of fun to play these tunes 🥳
