The band "The CRSTL" has been looking for a new sound for several months: they still lacked one special song that would give a start to a new era of their career. The guys were sitting in the studio and brainstorming what could be the key to success. It was then that one of the band members met a producer specializing in the pop genre, a direction they never explored previously. The producer listened to The CRSTL demos and said that while their ideas were amazing, they lacked emotional hooks to make their songs truly memorable.
This statement inspired the band, and they started looking for a new sound as a trio. They played around with grooves and melodies, and eventually created a new unique sound which served as the blueprint for future songs: their tracks became more dynamic and energetic than anything they have done before. In six months, the band created and released 4 singles (“I can feel”, “Chance X”, “Night butterfly” and “Long Live Love”), but they still felt like something was missing. They needed that one track to connect all of their works. In search for a new hook, the guys came up with the phrase “Show me”, which they immediately clung to. This became their main ideological concept; one which could inspire many people to go beyond their limits and showcase their true selves to the world. Everyone in the group felt that this was exactly what they were looking for. Inspired, they decided to have “show me” as the title of their next song. To visualize the soul of the song, the producer suggested adding another person to the image of the band. Without hesitation, he called a familiar model, whose photo became an important element of the cover art.
